ASSISTANT FACILITY MANAGER

The Centers for Dialysis Care is an unparalleled presence in Northeast Ohio’s dialysis community.  This is an opportunity to work in a growing medical field while putting your leadership skills to use helping patients live better lives.  CDC has multiple locations, including Outpatient Centers, Nursing Home Units and Acute Care settings.  We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Assistant Facility Manager at our Cleveland-East facility.

Qualifications:

• RN preferred
• 1-2 years in an outpatient dialysis facility required
• Prior performance management experience preferred

 Responsibilities:

•  Serve as role model in quality improvement, operational management and leadership
• Position shares equally nursing administration and charge nurse duties
• Commit to achieving quality standards and financial performance
• Demonstrates excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Possess knowledge of and demonstrates correct practice of all CDC patient care policies and procedures and personnel policies and procedures
• Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
