Cleveland, Ohio – January 14, 2021 – Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) Acute Services has entered into an agreement to provide care at two new locations beginning this month.
The first location is the acute rehabilitation hospital near the grounds of TriPoint Hospital in Concord. While the volume is expected to be low at this location, providing this service further aligns with CDC’s mission to support the Lake County area renal population and their dialysis needs.
Additionally, the Acute Services team will begin providing dialysis service at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. This is a full-service acute care hospital centrally located downtown and is served by many of our current nephrology partners.
